Any suggestions for dessert recipes and my second wedding anniversary?
Tomorrow is my husband and my 2nd wedding anniversary and because we have a daughter 3 months, we will not have time for dinner or cook anything fancy. However, I want to surprise him with dessert Nice. Suggestions who would be appropriate for our anniversary and fairly easy to do? We will also enjoy the champagne that we purchased our honeymoon in Napa.
My husband and I love making donuts apple or pear. Cut apples into eighths, dip each piece in a tempura batter and fry until lightly browned. Then place them on a plate, drizzle with caramel on top and a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream. Congratulations! We have our 2nd anniversary in November, can not wait.
