Freedom of expression in Israel and the Muslim world

In two decisions in Israel and in contrast with the OIC, the two are violating freedom of speech and expression for political reasons.
In Israel: Kinaset (Israeli parliament) is considering a new law for the punishment of Israeli Arabs, if they remember the disaster that happened to Palestinians in 1948. Justification the law is like a celebration of the Israeli state in the same year. The punishment was imprisonment or imprisonment of a three years for anyone to remember and celebrate the infamous nakbah 1948. Changing the law to increase the power of the democratic government of Israel to punish the towns or cities hold their defeat. I wonder, where freedom of expression in Israel, while Israelis ask each person official visit to the state to visit the memorial to the Holocaust? I think it is fair to say that the Arab Palestinians should celebrate defeat, unless the Israelis have forgotten their defeat in the celebration of what we call the Holocaust. In Muslim countries, Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) and Nigeria among other African countries, it is proposed that human rights organizations have described as a project potentially dangerous for "defamation of religion of the UN law. The bill was sent to the Special Commission for the preparation the additional rules before the second session will be held in Geneva 19 to 30 October 2009
The OIC, in fact, is proposing the development "new rules binding legislation on religious ideas, objects and positions, while incorporating issues such that "defamation of religions, religious personalities, holy books, texts and symbols," "provocative portrayals of objects in generation of clerics, as malicious violation of the spirit of tolerance "," prohibit the publication of offensive attack for free issues considered sacred by followers of any religion and "abuse of right to freedom of expression in the context of ratio-religious profile."
In proposing this to the OIC and the African Group proposed that the new instrument should establish "the statutory prohibition publication of materials that affect the stereotypes, insults or uses offensive language or in the cases examined by the followers of any religion or belief sacred … 'And' legal restrictions on public insults.
Although all goes well with the proposed ban to continue (security) Project law or a dangerous instrument or prohibiting delivery of new materials which could affect the stereotype and insult Muslims or any other religion. The evil in this proposal, however, must be taken seriously, which is freedom of religion in the Muslim world, which can be translated to any What material, social or political purpose to change the heretics of traditional leaders and government sectors, particularly that most Arab and Muslim do not follow the law, as such, as a rational policy of democratic systems.
