Stock Trading – How to choose stocks for Stock Trading
I found that the best stocks to trading shares and Day trading are the stocks that make up the S & P 500. The reason is that large mutual funds and large institutional buyers are concentrated in these stocks in its relentless pursuit to beat the S & P 500. These populations generally have high strength and absolute performance to the S & P 500 Index. Of these stocks, I focus on those in the Nasdaq 100. Nasdaq, which is how I trade because of their volatility of the shares on the Nasdaq 100, I focus on stocks that I like to remember "the negotiation where the action is" stocks. These are actions that show a volume in the number of shares traded during the day, at least 15 million shares and 20 million preference shares and more. My preference is the actual volume from 30 million dollars more per day.
In addition, people must have a broad range of transactions Daily Securities, which is the difference between the minimum and maximum shares for the previous day, and lots of volatility. I want a trading range of at least $ 2.00 per share, but I really prefer those that are more volatile and have a range of travel daily $ 3.00 to $ 6.00 and up.
The reason is that trade on both sides of the market, both on the long side and short side at a seminar intra-day. I have no interest in whether the shares closed in positive or negative territory the previous day, while the volume and price action are there.
All I want is the price action, high-volume and volatility. If I have these three ingredients, I know that the main actors are very active in this population and are increasing or decreasing their weighting in that stock. Adding and contributing to the price action and volume are what I call the "accelerators", players who are changing the program operators and hedge funds that try to pass directly from mutual funds and cons of implementing the action, either up or down. Here the situation really gets carried away and you will see "climatic volume", where each share exchange occurred in less than a second. I saw several times a day. This happens all the time.
One thing that may not be obvious to you at the surface is what I did when taking action to trade in stocks is that I used the major players as my research department. The flow of money is very visible because most institutions are on the same page in terms of what they are buying and selling. This is illustrated in the price action, volatility and volume stocks in play. It's awful hard for a herd of elephants to conceal their footprints in the sand.
Now, with a potential list stocks to trade. Then the burden of these stocks trade in my "stock" watch list. In addition to the watch list have another list that contains all shares on the Nasdaq 100. When the market breaks through for 5 minutes, watching the volume, price action, and management of stocks, both on the watch lists.
I am looking for some models to develop and if I see a pattern I want to Day Trade, I 'll pull the trigger and take the job, whether in the long side or short side based on what the mother (the price action and volume) tell me what I see the market makers are on the Level II screen, and if the shares are traded in accordance with the Charter of the Nasdaq 100.
I always stop close enough protection in place to protect me if I'm wrong and took the trade too early. I'm trying to trade 2 or 3 times before reaching the right input, each time you take a small loss. But when I am in the driveway, there is a lot of money to do, especially when the legal population.
One of the things I do is keep the same population, provided it meets my needs negotiation. I negotiate the same population throughout the week, as it did for me and doing good profitable trades it. One advantage to this is to make people really well, and how their activity.
To summarize, in my opinion, the best actions livestock populations are in negotiations with a very high speed, high-volume, high volatility and a day excursion around well within reach. When you have these characteristics, you know the large institutions and "accelerators" are involved in the action.
Exchange stock, you need a daily account of direct access trading broker in equity trading software offering access trading Direct. This is an absolute must have for the trade days. The software will have Level II, charts, technical indicators, etc. Direct access means that your purchases and orders Sales are sent directly to the market you do not need to use an intermediary to make orders for you ..
The first thing you must do before even attempting to negotiate, and that even if they have no experience, attend a good day Negotiating to really understand how the business of trading stock, What models to look, how markets work and how everything fits together.
