How can I get a refund or rebook tickets for Air Canada?
I bought an Air Canada flight year last by my mother, but had to cancel because my stepmother had to undergo surgery to open heart. This year, however, is my mother must have surgery and Air Canada will not change the booking or receive a refund. Is there a way I can get or a refund or a new book?
