You can find all types of recipes chocolate cookies that can satisfy your craving for chocolate chip cookies, but perhaps you would have a cookie recipe chocolate chip is a little unusual. Both recipes chocolate cookies I post here are slightly different then what we normally see and I think we'll enjoy it.
Hawaiian Cookie Recipe Chocolate Chip
It It is a chocolate cookie with a touch of Hawaii.
Ingredients you need:
1 cup butter (preferably butter flavor variety)
3 / 4 cup sugar
3 / 4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp tea vanilla extract
1 1 / 2 cups flour
1 tsp tea baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda soda
1 / 8 c. Tea Salt
2 cups quick oats
1 cup coconut (grated)
1 cup macadamia nuts (chopped coarse)
Chips 1 cup chocolate pieces
How to prepare:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. In an electric mixer and cream the shortening and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, beating well. Sift flour with baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir flour mixture into the cream mix. Add the rolled oats, coconut, nuts and chips. Form 1 1 / 2 inch balls. Place on a greased cookie sheet UN and flatten with bottom of a glass dipped in flour. Bake for about 14-16 minutes or until lightly browned.
Double Mint Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe
Keep your breath smelling fresh these cookies taste delicious chocolate mint.
Ingredients you need:
3 / 4 cup margarine
1 1 / 2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons water
2 cups chocolate chips
2 eggs
2 1 / 2 cups flour
1 1 / 4 c. tea baking soda
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
12 oz mint Andres (2 boxes)
How to prepare:
Melt margarine, add chips and stir until partially melted. Remove from heat and stir until chips are completely melted. Pour into a large bowl. Add brown sugar and water and let cool slightly. At high speed, add eggs one by one. Reduce speed to low and add dry ingredients. Stir until smooth. Refrigerate pulp. When you're ready to bake, line cookie sheets with foil. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll the dough into very small balls (about 1 / 2 teaspoon per ball). Place 2 inches apart and bake for 10 minutes. Remove cookies from oven and while still in pan Place half a piece of candy into each cookie. Remove the wax paper, wait a minute and return the pieces of candy on top of cookie.
